Mr. Blackwell was the Chief Investment Officer of WatermanCLARK and Director of Investments at SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. Blackwell has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 17 years and has closed more than $20B worth of transactions.

Prior to Arkhouse, Mr. Goldberg was Head Trader for Contour AM where he initiated, structured, and traded equity derivative transactions. Mr. Goldberg also held roles as Head Trader at JANA Partners, Trader and Quantitative Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co.

Mr. Hebard’s extensive public market investment experience includes roles as Managing Director of Barington Capital, Icahn Capital and Blue Harbour Group, as well as Principal Executive Officer of Enzon Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Heymann has extensive experience researching and underwriting real estate in the private and public markets. He previously worked with the sales and trading division at Citigroup and on the asset management team at Winthrop Realty Trust.

Mr. Mansouri’s 25 years of experience investing in value-oriented equities and event-driven securities include roles at Elliott Investment Management, DellaCamera Capital Management, Para Advisors, and Sandell Asset Management.

Mr. Trovato has 17 years of investment experience in real estate and value equities. Prior to Arkhouse, he directed US Equity Strategies at Easterly Investment Partners. He also held roles at TIAA Global Asset Management and Columbia Management.
SHAY RUBIN

Mr. Rubin was previously the Director of Acquisitions for The Forum Group, where he launched their credit fund. Throughout his career, Mr. Rubin originated, structured and serviced tens of millions of dollars in construction and bridge financing.
