Prior to Arkhouse, Ms. Adler headed investor relations at eezy Inc., an AI-driven tech start-up, where she led the seed stage fundraise. Ms. Adler also worked with the sales team at RM Sotheby’s and the FIG investment banking group at Willis Towers Watson.

JONATHON BLACKWELL

Managing Partner

Previously, Mr. Blackwell was the Chief Investment Officer of WatermanCLARK and the Director of Investments at SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. Blackwell has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and has closed more than $20 billion worth of transactions.

JOSHUA GOLDBERG

Chief Operating Officer & Head Trader

Prior to Arkhouse, Mr. Goldberg was the Head Trader for Contour Asset Management where he initiated, structured, and traded complex equity derivative transactions. Mr. Goldberg also held roles as Head Trader at JANA Partners and Trader and Quantitative Analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. 

GEORDIE HEBARD

Investments

Mr. Hebard’s extensive public market investment experience includes roles as Managing Director of Barington Capital, Icahn Capital and Blue Harbour Group, as well as Principal Executive Officer of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

ERIC HEYMANN

Investments

Mr. Heymann has substantial experience researching and underwriting real estate in the private and public markets. He previously worked with the sales and trading division at Citigroup and on the asset management team at Winthrop Realty Trust.

 GAVRIEL KAHANE

Managing Partner

Mr. Kahane’s 17 years in the real estate industry include serving as Director of Operations and Finance at The Sapir Organization and Vice President at Meridian Capital Group. Mr. Kahane held positions at Chardan Capital Markets and at Africa Israel USA.

RICHARD MANSOURI

Investments

Mr. Mansouri’s 25 years of experience investing in value-oriented equities and event-driven securities, with specialized expertise in actively-engaged equity situations, include roles at Elliott Investment Management, DellaCamera Capital Management, Para Advisors, and Sandell Asset Management.

SHAY RUBIN

Business Development

Mr. Rubin was previously the Director of Acquisitions for The Forum Group, an Israeli Holding Company, where he launched their credit fund. Throughout his career, Mr. Rubin originated, structured, and serviced tens of millions of dollars in construction and bridge financing.
